Hmm they remind of of Lenso D1Rs.

However the ones you have pictured are 7 Spoke instead of 5

Yeah I think there's a couple of other rim styles by Lenso that are black with the red lip, have a look on Tempe Tyres or Taleb Tyres websites to figure it out.
