Iv only used polyeurathane ones like nolthalene ones. They are heaps easier to fit cause you only have to cut out the old bushing and push in the new one. Instead of pushing out the entire metal Thingo that goes around the rubber bush. Unsure about the price for the control arm bushes but I'm getting a set of rear subframe mounting bushings for my r32 for about $80 on the weekend.

Hope that helps a little

The best rear lower control arm bushes by far are Cazman Industries Delrin bushes. They're like a solid HARD plastic that doesn't wear. WAY better service life than rose joints with all the advantages. For the upper bushes, I'd recomment SuperPro. If the car is lowered, put offset bushes on both ends of the camber arms, the outsides of the traction arms and the outside of the toe arms. Put normal centered bushes on the inside ends of the traction rods and toe arms.

This will make your camber and bump steer really, really good.

So U want:

- Cazman Industries rear lower control arm bush kit

- 2x SuperPro SPF1869K

- 1x SuperPro SPF2296K

Use one pair of offset bushes from one of the 1869 kits on the outer toe arm bushes and use the centered outer toe arm bush from the 2296 kit on the insides of the traction arms.

Set all offset bushes to max length setting.
