Charles has taken it off to drill a couple of holes and get the flange machined flat, dump pump is en route and I still need to buy a battery and go down to see Corey about the radiator. Aiming to kick it in the guts next weekend!

Well the saga of shit that doesn't fit continues :(

This time it's the new JJR dump/front pipe.. it won't bolt to my cat back so I've had to send it off with chuckie to get a 3.5" flange welded on the end.. I'd just finished painting it up all nice like when I realised :/

I've got enough of my own misguided directions! :P

There's a few different lengths used due to the different thicknesses in the casting, going to screw a few into the head when I get home to help figure out which bolts go where :blink:

:unsure: , i haven't had my 20 for a while, but from memory they should all stick the same amount out when you sit them in the holes. You can't really mess them up i think as they will bottom out, but seeing as you engine is in you might not be able to see properly
