Done exactly the same when i was 17....

player came in from the side and smashed my right leg out to the left side. It looked like a perfect right angle when i came back from being in shock.

lol Its all good Damo, at least I can now tell pete the same about GCS vs Port. GCS so far have given me $650. Last week they took $10 back lol still in the big profit margin

can't say that the Crows did any better lol. How on earth can you get flogged by 96 points from Melbourne, a team barely in the top 8 lol

Thank you Sun's for repaying my faith in backing you guys again :D@ $6.75 value bet

  • 2 weeks later...

lol, sadly but truly^

Gonna single one out here for discussion >

I can definitely see another week of D Motlop doing absolute f**k all. No idea why this player hasn't been dropped in the last few rounds. All Port gets out of him each week is one or two at the most fart arsed miracle side boots to the ball that might happen to trickle through the center posts. No manning up and tagging his opposition, chasing the ball at no where near the pace that he should be. You really see how slack the guy is watching him play at AAMI. Even the hawks supporters a few weeks ago were commenting on how lazy and unmotivated he looked... What the hell are they thinking still paying this joker!?

Even though the rest of the team aren't exactly helping his situation, I can't help to think Primus is dropping the wrong players...

Port has got a very very young list. Just have a look at the Lion's, 0 wins out of 8 games. Port has at least won 1 game lol. It will take nothing but time and good coaching. I think Port should have gone with a senior coach rather then promote Primus.

Geelong $1.45 West Coast $1.70 Sydney $1.75 Essendon $1.42 Brisbane $1.90

Decent odds i reckon. $116.38 return from $10. Well thats my tip for this week :D

mmm, picking Geelong over Carlton isnt the safest bet in the world, I really rate how the Blues are travelling at the moment, and ill probably back them to beat a Geelong side who wont put the same performance in as last week.

Saint Kilda v Melbourne, also a tough game. St Kilda going in as favourites but the current Melbourne side are a surprise packet if they play to their game plan. They embarassed Adelaide and could very well do it against the Saints.

Port v Freo will sadly be another loss for Port.

Brisbane v North Melbourne is another clash of the duds, either team is capable of scrapping out a win. Id be tempted to pick Brisbane if Brown passes his fitness test.

Richmond v Essendon is a game youd think Essendon will win, Richmod started the year well but haven't been very consistant. They rely on Riewoldt to kick goals, but the Dons have a good backline and will shut him down and win comfortably.

Collingwood V Adelaide, as a Crows supporter you know in your heart that picking the Crows against a top side in Melbourne is always hard to do. I suspect the Crows will put up a good fight and lead at half time, but Collingwood will outrun them over the last half and win by 5 goals.

Sydney V Hawthorn, shit i hate picking Hawthorn, its like a different side rocks up every week. I hate picking Sydney at SCG, because you always expect them to win there but they never do when i tip them, and always win when i tip against them. Toss of the coin for me.

West Coast V Western Bulldogs, it surprises me alot that the Eagles are going in as favourites, if they were playing in Vic the Dogs would be favourites. West Coast seem like they are starting to get their shit together, but Western Bulldogs have a great side that just doesnt do enough to win all the tough games. Bulldogs by a smidgen in a thriller for me.

    • Oh, and only having done this task yesterday, I've now driven the car ~60km since, and while it is hard to avoid placebo effect and confirmation bias, I reckon that some annoyances I had with the way the car has been behaving have improved. Which....kinda makes sense, I guess. If the bushes were really stiff and resisting rotation, they would have been contributing to the effective wheel rate. And if it was more so on one side (which it was, because one side was worse than the other) then.... you might imagine that the additional rate would be asymmetric, and potentially even different between compression and rebound. And so... the car has been twitchy at higher speeds - like freeway on ramps. It really shouldn't be. The wheel alignment is good and there are no (other) known problems elsewhere in the suspension. But at 90-100 on a long sweeping ramp, tiny steering wheel motions would make it feel like it wanted to rear steer. Quite nervous. At lower speeds it would heave about in a manner that it didn't use to. Didn't want to put power down, etc etc. Now...seems to behave better. Am going to have to concentrate on the various corners where it has exhibited weirdness, on the rare occasions when I can get a decent run at them without Methanial getting in the way in his D-Max/Ranger/LDV Van/etc.
