Ok, so my climate control works with no issues.

I've performed the aircon diagnostic, it's good, only get 23, water temp sensor. I have the workshop manual but for the life of me i can' t see it in my engine bay. What is it for, does it have anything to do with engine cooling or something else.

So here's the deal- my aircon is always on. Yep, even when i turn it off and nothing is displayed on the climate control, its on, if air blowing thru the vents, i can feel the very cold air.

In the engine bay, the compressor clutch is engaged and the aircon cooling fan is on- how the fcuk has that happened

Ive recently refitted my engine, so is it possible to "hardwire" compressor on with just the power wire, i thought it only had one power wire to it and all it did was switch the compressor on?

Any help is appreciated, as i'm out of idea's.

Actually the aircon fan isn't always on. Its off when i first get into the car, but on arriving at my destination, its running when i pop the bonnet - strange one...

Can someone point out where the water temp sensor is, i can't make it out from the workshop manual?

You mean the little black fan in front?

From my observation, it only turns on when the engine is over a certain temperature AND when the A/C is on.

No idea on the other issues though, sorry.
