How Hot Is Normal?

my temp gauge always sits at 2/3rds, Is this normal?

That's bit too high. Normally it should sit just below half.

The highest i've seen mine is just over 1/2 (47c)hot day.

mine sits about 1 bar below the 1/2 way mark. on hot days sits dead on at the 1/2.

I had a similar problem. Get the thermostat checked out.

After the dealer fixed this, all was normal. Sits just below half way mark on the gauge.

Either that or get your radiator flushed and tested for leaks.

yeah a power flush was on my mind too. it has no leaks at all. just never seen it run cooler than 2/3

Mine is right in the middle or a little below.

the normal one is one bar below 1/2. Depending on the weather. But it should not be that high. Seems like time to change coolant.

If you're going to try a flush, when you replace your fluids, you might want to try mix the product WaterWetter from Redline.

I've heard great things about it. YouTube it.

Im going to try it out next week when I service my car.
