pod filter question

I have an r32 gts4 and just had a pod style air filter installed and it has a very loud sucking sound i just want confirmation from someone else that this is normal also it seems to have changed the sound of the blow off valuve not that that realy bothers me has any one else found this happen :bat:

Usally with most pod filters as compaired to a factory box you get excessive sound, HKD branded filters are quite loud
