I think I speak for all ACT SAU when I say we sincerely appreciate your huge effort in organisng this event.

You have provided the opportunity and what happens next is up to the individuals.

There are very few on here, including me, that organise and make events happen in the ACT - so thanks heaps.

If by chance peeps dont enjoy themselfs then it will be on them.

I for one wont listen to any bitching.

See you all tomorrow and dont forget to bring a chair or two.

:thanks: Ross, Cejay and all others who have been involved in helping.

What a Great Event!! A HUGE THANKS :thanks: and CONGRATS to all those from all sides who organised and sponsored todays event. I was very glad and surprised to see that all 30 spots were filled. Not only that, but 28 of the 30 vehicles were both of Nissan's and Toyota's with only 2 other 'outsiders' competing :whistling: Was also a fairly even spread of numbers between the 2 makes. Although I left halfway through the day, I'm guessing the rest of the day went off without a hitch? No mechanical failures? Can't wait to see the full list of dyno results and prize winners...

Based on only seeing the 1st half of the day, this would be a fantastic anual event. I don't mean randomly having one whenever someone can be bothered organising it, I mean to make it an 'official event' held in the same month every year. I know this means that dedication will be required by a few people every year to organise it, but going on how sucessfull todays event was, it would be well worth it. It also shouldn't fall to the same people every year to organise it, unless they are happy too of course. I'll put my hand up already to help out for next year if it happens again...

You know you've done something right when a Ford owner by choice is this keen about a JDM event!!!

The boys at ESP did a great job with the Dyno, Celica guys did well on the snags/drinks at an awesome price and are a good crew.

Kat not only did well singing us in but her GTR had very good figures and more to come.

Pesonally I thought Toyota's and Nissan's were impressive accross the board. Some very nice cars showed up.

son of rajab Vader bought the averages down :( but the crowd cheered heartedly when it just topped over the 100 killer wasps on the final run :D

Well organised & well run.

:thanks:

I would be more than happy to help again this time next year :)

Thanks to everyone who was involved in organizing the day, ESP for their services and the celica guys for the bbq!

Was stoked with how my car went, got 40kw more than i expected lol. (was the black r32 that wanted to stall on the dyno)

Will definately be at the next one!

Thanks to everyone that turned up today to make it such a good day. I have to say thanks to Kat and Nathan for making the day run so smooth.

I'm now off to straighten my back out and hopefully watch Webber win an F1 race this year...

Thanks again and catch you all at the next outing, motorkhana, Temora, WSID ?? maybe in that order... ;)

Hey guys,

Thanks for organising a great day. This is very different from your usual Sydney Dyno days. Nice small and cosy lol.....too damn cold but.

Thanks for letting me be the 31st man (My fault for coming late!) but it was good to meet some new people.

Happy to say this....well done to the Toyotas for winning the event hehe.

Thanks for making the effort to come down! Your car looked and sounded awesome!! :)

I nudge closer and closer every year, will just say at least I drove home on the boost I ran on the rollers and I'll let the 1/4 mile results do the rest of the talking :nyaanyaa:
