Shipping Costs?

Does anyone know how much it would cost to ship 94 R33 (not running, just a complete rolling shell) from Sydney, to Hobart? Or Devonport? or even Melbourne.

Have had a talk to a couple of companies, none of which will ship a non running car past Melbourne.

Anyone know a company that does?

Here is what I suggest:

Ship to Melbourne

Get a trailer and rent a car to get it on the ferry thing from Melb to ... Launceston? Anyway the city at the top of Tassie >_>

Then drive down to Hobart. You should be able to make it in a day, and car rental places should allow dropoff in Hobart.

Barring that, just give TNT a call they ship whatever you want, friend had his 1JZ sent from Bris to Melb for something like $450 on a pallet. Presumably they can rent you a shipping container to stick it in, but make sure they don't use a forklift or else bye bye underside rails etc.
