Covered a million times on here before and i have done a search as well..

But basically my new r33 gtr skyline's injectors are leaking from around 3 of them, 2 being at the top of the injector and the other from the bottem..

One of the ones that leaks from the top (nearest to front of engine) just pours out constantly..

Whats the best solution to curing this? car is stock with stock injectors.

Should i just take it to an injector specialist in bunbury (although i dont any) can anyone reccomend anyone? so they can clean and put new seals on (hoping that they are not cracked) and clean them...

Or should i just buy later injectors off a r34 gtr???

If it is leaking from the top, then a set of o-rings should sort out your issues.

What you will probably find if it is leaking from the bottom is that it is coming from the centre section of the injector body, where the plastic casing and metal assembly meet. From dim and distant memory mine looked like it was coming out some sort of casting flash on the side. Had 2 leaking I think.

If that is the case, then either isolate the leaking ones and replace with tested good ones, or use it as an opportunity to upgrade.. I bought a set of 700 sards, and to go with it a PFC, and to go with that, a set of -5's, and to go with that........

Yeah thought so, gonna read up on how to take em off and inspect them myself...

And then find some were to fix em unless it seems an easy fix then its justa case of getting new o rings hey...

Incorrect sizing??

I have a fancy pants Fluidampr harmonic balancer on order, the 2.5 engine uses the OEM 2.0 balancer off the old motor as the 2.5 balancer is a larger unit and doesn't fit clearance wise, which, because the two engines have different harmonics, isn't optimal, the OEM balancer does the job, but as the gear driven balancer in the bottom end is removed to fit a RWD application there is slightly more vibration, the Fluidampr helps with the harmonics that the gear driven balancer once took care of,  basically makes life easier on the oil pump and bearings when thrashing it around Hopefully the weather gets better soon because I'm keen for some cruising around, and currently, with the winds and storms we are getting, the amount of detritus being blown around from trees on the road isn't something I want to be driving around in
