hey Ryan, theres a DIY about painting 25 covers here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/354645-diy-spraying-cam-covers/

ClutchBurndout-:( explains a fair bit about removing and refitting.

20 is extremely similar

seeing as you're taking the covers off, might be worth giving them a cleanup or even coat of nice paint / powdercoat / whatever as well

If you going to the trouble of doing the gaskets you might as well paint you covers to, not unless yours are still nice a clean.

Some of the screws on the drivers side are a bit of a pain to get to, if you have a magnetic screw driver you should be fine though.

Biggest issue i had was trying to get the driver side one on without scratching my new paint of, besides that its pretty easy, just take your time and dont drop any screws in the head.

Dont forget to mark your timing on the cam sensor to, i had to re check mine with a timing light as i painted my cam cover.

you dont have to take your cam cover off to do gaskets though.

Edit ..i just read clutchs thread and all it says is undo screws and take covers off except he said it in 100 words what i said in 10.. Plus the bolt under the TB is piss easy if you take the TB off first.

Anywaygo figure it out yourself its not that hard, f**k even cluth figured it out on his own. if i wanted respect points ill go play NFS :)

Good luck
