R32 Gts4 Rack Ends/ Tie Rod Ends

Hey peoples,

I have got a r32 gts4 with adjustable steering rack ends, they have a nut on top and on the bottom, I am having troubles with them and want to put standard ones in, they keep coming loose. Does anyone know if the gts or gtr ones are the same as the gts4? Being an awd gtr seems more likely, no books seem to have gts4 in them to varify what will fit??? I also have some adjustable coilovers coming for it because I want to slam it, would I be better off with the adjustable ones or factory? I am going to have it as low as possible and I have heard that they may be better off on the car
