R31 Tail Shaft Vs R33 Tail Shaft

Hey im putting an rb30 and rb30 gear box into my r33

i want to know if the front half of the r31 shaft (with rb30e yoke) will bolt to the back half of the r33 tail shaft.

Afaik the gearbox i have is the same or aimilar to an rb20det box.

Any pictures ahowing the front halfs next to each other would be great

R31 and R32 have the same yoke. R33 turbo, vl turbo and 300zx turbo are different. So you will need to get your (rb30e) yoke welded on the r33 tail shaft.

Are R31's one or two piece shafts?

the r31 shaft will not work, has a different joint arrangment...

going to try an N/A r33 tail shaft

other wise it will be custom fabbed using the r31 yoke and r33 shaft

i believe the NA33 yoke is the same size as the 20. They have the small boxes in them dont they? Get a custom shaft made to stop all the rooting around it will be easier
