My stock r33 gtst needs sound but I don't Wonna fork out the money to buy a whole new exhaust just yet is it worth gutting out my cat ? And will I get a increase in power ?

No it will not make a difference.

The single/easiest bang for buck mod is a cat back exhaust - with a decent cat.

Gutting the stock one is utterly pointless.

Closing this before it gets out of control...
