Seen it implemented in other forums and it makes it very easy to deal with queries/complaints and reports.

Basically its a ticket based system, where if someone has something to say they can choose wether its a bug report, a specific problem or a moderation report, and also provide specific details etc. As soon as the ticket is issued, if its an admin issue, emails are dispatched to members on the forums who have admin rights. If its a moderation issue then its sent to the moderators, etc.

Once the issue is resloved the ticket is closed. An archive of tickets and resolutions is also kept and also it forms an automatic FAQ for troubleshooting/user guidance tickets.

Would make running forums and feedback from members a whole lot easier.
