Hey guys,

i just bought a evo 7 and it came with the HKS coilovers(see attachments) , the previous owner said he lost all the adjuster kits...

the coilovers are currently too tough for me and im wondering whether i can tune it a bit softer without those damper adjuster kits? likes use some other subsitutions?

are there any where i can get these damper adjuster kits from in Perth?

are they work like the other coilover that turn clock wise for hard and counter clock wise for soft?

and im assuming the adjuster kits for adjusting height are universal for every coilovers right?

:thanks: beforehand guys

You can't just go buy damper adjustable kits, coilovers are built to be damper adjustable and your's maybe not.

If you want to soften them put different spring rate in them.

i think you can adjust damper on these by sticking the correct sized allen key onto a hex head that's inside that top centre bolt.

it should click each time you turn it. all the way anti-clockwise will be the softest setting.

correct. they have adjustments on the top for camber and dampner settings, just use an appropriate allen key to adjust. (judging by the pics given)
