Zele Titanium Shift Knob

Does anyone know of a titanium gear knob similar to this? Or where I can buy one of these Zele ones?:

I want one so bad. But its a little bit expensive. Is there one that is similar for less dollars? Or seeing as the dollar is so against the USA at the moment, is there a jap parts shop in the USA that I can buy stuff online from? Will even consider a second hand one.

If you have a 370Z that should be just pocket change on your way home from your Sunday golf game. I believe the Zele ones are for the 370Z??? obviously the thread pattern would suit other Nissans but jeeze $500 + for a gear knob.... Only if Jessica Alba has swung off it... Maybe.
