Hi all

So I have found my 34 and should be picking it up on Tuesday.

Just wanting to double check a few things with changing the car into my name;

The car has the used import pink/red plate, along with the blue nissan motor co plate and the aus vin number plate in the engine bay, i'm assuming they are all the required plates?

Car has been registered and driven in aus for a couple of years. Does this mean it can be treated like any other used car now, in terms of just needing a RWC to transfer registration/ownership into my name? Any other comments or things I will need to transfer into my name?

Sorry if they are noob questions, just want to make sure the change of hands happens smoothly :)

Cheers

Once the car has been complied in Australia (has the pink plate) it's just like any other car except insurance costs more.

And cops like you less...

All normal rules apply make sure you transfer the ownership within 2 weeks and if buying privately I like to get the seller to sign a piece of paper stating the time and date of purchase just so preivous fines won't make their way to you after the sale
