Pretty much as above, i have an 96 r33 gtst with a recently NTK OZA395-E2 wideband oxygen sensor however when i hook it up to my laptop and use Camsult or ScanTech software i can only view the O2 sensor Voltage, is there a way to convert this into a readable AF ratio? do i need another program?

That is not wideband, that is narrowband sensor. Narrowband are as the name suggests, narrow. 0.45-0.55v is stoich AFR of 14.7, any other reading like 0.55 to 1.0 volts is richer than this, and 0 to 0.45 volts is leaner than this. It cannot be converted to a useable AFR reading.

Cheapest would probably be to import the AEM UEGO wideband kit from the US, probably looking at $200-250 delivered.. or if you're willing to DIY then maybe: http://wbo2.com/
