Yes but some troubleshooting is required. The passengers side mirror won't fold in when I flick the switch for them to do so

Yeah just have to take the door trim off again and get my trusty test light onto it. They did. Not 100% happy with them but for what I paid they are good

I've heard of people using circuit board cleaner on them but I'm not sure bro I never cleaned mine just swapped it.

Yes you can. From supercheap and other related auto stores. I have a tin in the cupboard to clean my once a year
