Other thing you could try is pouring diesel through it a few times, that will get most of the oil out.

Will if have to but its only standard inter cooler was hoping to replace while I have motor out

Also all the intercooler work can be done with the engine in the car - it's pretty easy.

Standard one ?? Really would like to upgrade to front mount as I'm doing engine bigger Turbo injectors fuel rail fuel pump 52 mm ratator and heap of other stuff will order on out of the us if have to just didn't want to wait to drive it lol

Yeah I've done them before I do most of my own work I'm qaified mechanic just engine broken at worsted time so funds are bit thin lol
