Smoked Reverse Lights R34

hi guys,

wondering if anyone has seen any smoked reverse lights for a 34, or if anyone has seen it done? i was thinking it would look cool against a black car.

im sure i can find a set of just smoked ones here in japan for you, but the ones on mine were custom done by TS

damn, just for the reverse lights they were 1k?? farrrk! am i able to swap the bulbs in them now for LED's, or is it a bit more complicated then that? thanks mate

bit more complicated then that.. it has been tried.. anything from japan is gonna be costly.. thats where matty is based.. and i can see smaoked reverse lights causing a defect issue..

$180 for front indicators to be tinted , aswell as a $1000 for tail lights? thats a terible amount of money to be spending on cosmetics. seriously just buy some black acrylic and also some clear. mix it to a ratio that you are happy with and just spray them your self. i did mine , definitly makes the car look more stealthy , as long as its a black car. why spend all that money ?

^ i fully agree with you mate. do you have any pics of yours? by spraying, you mean spray paint? but wont that render the reverse lights useless?

yeah man super cheap/autobarn should all stock it or some variation. In my experience a light coat and some clear coat should give you the 'smoked effect'

awesome as, best to paint on the outside or inside? id say inside ay? how do you remove them?

na outside man , not inside lol. that wont work at all . outside is the visual you want to see , you arent going to be looking at whats inside. thats an alternative , those night shades.

but be careful because iv seen people use night shade on their cars , they are more of cheap look . looks kinds crappy in my opinion. thats why iv used black and clear , seams to look much better than that crap.. bare in my mind iv got a spray gun/compressor to do all that.
