Bros, I got a PM from a guy on Performance Forums, it went as follows:

Im Super interested in you making one of these up for me... If your keen on making some cash I'd love to get a complete list of everything I will need for the project PARTS WISE and can send everything over to you... you can fabricate it all and send it all back.. Im happy to negotiate a price and can deposit the money in your account Prior to you doing the job.. Ill fit it all up from my end ..... I'd like to chat to you about it if possible... my number is 0449******... im sure the money you can make on the side will help you finish your project...;0)

looking forward to hearing from you....

I plan to help this guy out, and although I can't pre-fab everything and send it over, as I'm not a welder, and I can't afford to have my car off the road for more than a weekend - it's my daily driver.

What I plan to do is do up a excel shreadsheet with all the parts, prices, part numbers, availability etc so all he needs to do is get the exhaust and intercooler piping fabbed up, then get it tuned. I'd be involved in buying all the parts for him and guiding him through the entire process of installing the parts and ironing out any issues. He lives in Brisbane so I can't do any of the labor myself unfortunately.

Obviously I'd charge a little for all this info, I didn't loose that many years off my life to give away all my hard work and trial error for free, also it'd take a few hours to do up a spreadsheet with all the parts and info.

But I have no idea what would be even remotely acceptable... Is $50 alright or is it a crime to ask for more like $100 for all my troubles? I'll also be giving him a copy of the tune file in my EMS at the moment, and there's about 5-7 hours of work there alone! His set-up will be exactly the same as mine so it'd only need a check on a dyno, this alone saves him ~$800 of dyno time!

What do SAU brahs think?
