ned
HI, HAs anyone tried these STR cam gears, they are US made, and alloy like the HKS, but seem reasonably priced ($200 ea at UAS). Anyone have opinions ? ".........570 pro gears taking the cam gear to a new level...these new cam gears adhere to strict RMA standards, meaning they are designed with a special tool so each tooth is precisely matched to the oem timing belt. each gear made from billet utilizes aircraft grade black oxide 1/4" 12 pt bolt s and washers to ensure NO SLIPPAGE under any circumstance. The gear is then anodized with str's exclusive bronze flavor and then finished off bearing the mark of the str trademark . nothing even comes close to the technology we have invested in these remarkable cam gears:..... http://www.strspeedlab.com/strcamgearintro.htm Edit: Looks like they are easy to set up too http://www.strspeedlab.com/adjustingyourcamgears.htm Cheers Ned Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/36149-str-cam-gears/ Share on other sites

Ahh gotta love the marketing department of companies :slap: I ordered a 'Trust' Cam Gear from Nengun last week and think it was about ~$180 delivered (and their were other brands available at a cheaper price - HKS = $141).
