Hi guys,

I'm trying to find a place that can pressure test the whole intercooling system including pipes on my car. I've called a few places and they all only do pressure tests for cores and require it to be off the car. (which sort of defeats the purpose.)

Located in the south east. Cheers

Easy to make one yourself and then you can test whenever you want. Need PVC pipe same size as intake and a well sealed lid. Tap and thread in a nipple like brake bleed etc. Hook your air blower up to a vac line blow in air and listen for leaks. If your looking for boost leak great tool.

I have made one up but it is steel.

Not that I go there anymore but Sabbadin in Mulgrave have a leak tester aka smoke machine which they hook up for exactly that purpose: http://www.startlocal.com.au/auto/mechanics/vic_melbourne/Sabbadin_Automotive_1898084.html
