Hks Gt2835 Dump Pipe

Hi, i have a hks gt2835 pro s and im after the part number for the hks dump pipe.

Does anyone have this info?

Sent you a PM mate. HKS say there no dump pipe listed as a separate item...but I can get you the flange which is the most unique part so you can get a dump pipe fabricated.

Hmm ok that sucks, i assume not just any old exhaust shop will be able to fabricate one exactley the same...is anyone using something similar or different with success?

its not a flange that is used on any other turbos apart from HKS proS Im pretty sure...

would a std type but ss dump split system work, if so i can sell you the dump, you get the other flange welded on and your set?

I have a ss split dump for s std turbo that I've had like forever and too lazy to sell. If it suits let me know.

Yea thats pretty much what i got, i just wanted the proper one as i wasnt sure how the one i got would perform...but seeing how you cant buy the genuine ones anymore i guess im stuck with it.

The item in your photos is the real deal HKS item.

I had one of these and can confirm that is what you are meant to have.

If you do not have faith in the construction of the item I would recommend you have one custom made. Give the turbo to any competent exhaust shop and they will laser you a flange, then fit the turbo to the car and have them make the dump for you.

From memory the outlet of the 3 bolt flange is either 62, 65 or 67mm...... So there could be some gains BUT it has honestly proven to work on every bolt on kit known. Plus HKS are no Hong Kong Special, they are the real deal.

Rito, so this is a hks dump for a standard rb25 turbo? With 2835 flange welded on...

Surley they didnt give you this in the kit..

Anyway ill try what i have and if it doesnt seem to work ill get one made.

I could make you one but you are a bit far away, Just get the flange made, one off may be easier to hand cut it, like with an angle grinder, drill and files if you are keen. The other option is to cut that one off and clean it up?

Then you can take it to a fabricator and get him to make a 3.5 inch bellmouth off it.

That's pretty much what I did. 3.5 inch, similar style to HKS design. HPC coated works fine. Fiddly job but as stated a competent fabricator can do the same.

Found the part number, this is what the dump is wrapped in when you buy the RB25 Pro s kit. Im pretty sure you cant get it as a separate item but i could be wrong. A couple of the actual dump as well

100% confirmed. If you haven't got one, you have to make one. Don't expect a helpful response from the HKS dealer.
