R32 Gtr Triple Gauge Din Into Gts-T

Just wondering how hard it is to install the R32 boost/volt/oil temp gauges into a gtst instead of the cd player?

Anyone done this?

I know I could just buy a 3 gauge holder and aftermarket gauges but I'm trying to make my car 100% stock so I don't want any aftermarket parts except for the exhaust and coilovers

are you worried about the mounting or the wiring

More the mounting, I'm sure I can figure out atleast the wiring of the lights and grounding

They bolt straight in using the original radio brackets

you have to grind on the heater a tiny bit to make it work but thats it

If you don't mind explaining how to wire in the boost gauge? Is it mechanical just plumbing in the vacuum line?

Also, can the oil temp gauge use an existing sensor in an rb20?

You will need to make your own wiring loom up unless the gtr one fits, Im not sure if they do or not.

Its all electrical

The 32 GTR centre gauges have the Front torque meter?...or is that on the later models?

The torque meter is on the dash on the gtr.

you end up with two boost gauges when you use the gtr gauges with a gtst

Ahk...must be the 33's that have the torque guage in the centre then.

Half the work was already done for me when I bought it so I'm just trying to finish it off, the interior is still to go need the seats and the center gauges, then I'll keep it like that rill the engine goes and then maybe swap it out for an rb26
