Help Please R32 Gts-T Fuel Pump Problem

hi everyone im having troubles with my r32 gts-t starting, sometimes it starts n other times it wont

when the car starts u can hear the fuel pump prime up, and when it wont start u cannot hear the pump start up.

thinking it could b the fuel pump relay or somethin like that?

any one know of or had this problem??????????

swap relay with another on the car and see if problem goes away.

U need to check if there is power at the pump when it doesnt prime. Just keep checking the power on start up until the time it doesnt prime. If there is power there like normal but no prime then u need a new fuel pump.

thanks guys, swapped the relay n mate gave me another pump , now it starts first kick so was either pump or relay....n the relay was located between the rear tail lights

I know this is an old thread but just wondering if your car stopped running whilst driving it and the fuel pump wont prime? as mine is doing that now and I have a Walbro.

Check all fuses. Check power at the pump with a test light. If power is good, remove the pump to check the wiring

The pump is getting 11.43v when car is running but when I drove it last night the car wouldn't die on me so couldn't check the power then.
