Quick Nistune Question

Hey,

I have nistune in my r32 with rb22 (forged and n1 stuff) and new hks 2530, gtr 440cc's, walbro and a z32. the nistune'd ecu i have was from a car in qld or nsw with rb20 and a hks 2530, 440s, z32 and a 040.

Question is, if i take it to my workshop and plug it in to any old nistune software, can i adjust the current map or do i have to start from scratch, seeing as the tune was made on someone elses computer/licence etc etc.

yer you can adjust the current map. the nistune software works with all versions of nistune afaik and the ecu doesnt have anything to do with the license

i thought that with the limited tuning licence you were limited to 3 ECU's

yer i think it is, aslong as you have atleast 1 license tho you can use it on any nistune you want, regardless of who originally tuned it. unless they've locked it (not sure if you can with nistune?)

Depends on the tuner if they want to lock it or not iirc

Individual tuners licence is limited to 5 different vehicle types which is a weird way to word it.
