Lagging Turbos? Help

Hey all

Just got myself a 32 gtr and I'm starting to have a problem with it, when ever I start the car and drive it after a little bit it feels like there is turbo but not major lag?? It's does it for a sec or two and then everythings fine and after that is idles a bit rough

Possible gasket problem or maybe needs a tune???

Leaky intake piping will more than likely be the cause.
