Tiptronic Not Working C34 S2

My tiptronic seems to not be working correctly, might also be me who can't use it properly.

I push the leaver to the left side for tiptronic, then when I push it forward and backward it does not change gear on my command, it still works the same as previous in full automatic.

Is there any procedure to engage the tiptronic or where do I start searching for the problem?

Flick the switch on ur center consolev(little steering wheel) abd try with steering wheel buttoms

No numbers on the dash, guess it should be gear indication there?

Have tried the center console steering wheel button, symbol lights up on dash, does not shift with tiptronic buttons on steering wheel.

sounds like some sort of electrical problem, i dont know shits about the auto gearbox unfortunately. im having trouble as is trying to bolt on the bloody manual box!!!!

not thread hijacking, but if someone can pm me in regards to installing a manual box, that would be perfect!!

what do u need to no?

do u have a manual console?

in regards to the auto issue... pull off your center console... have a look for loose plugs, even jump under the car and look at the wiring there.

pull off your dash and make sure all plugs are there... just thinking of a way to check if its a s1 or s2 box....

ok, will try to check the connectors. Guess it also should be some kind of switch to sense the position.

Is there any FSM or similar out there? Pictures of how it is mounted together would be great so I don't brake something.
