Hi guys, just wondering is it worth buying a HKS Turbo timer type-1 or better off with type-0?

They only lighten your wallet

If you ensure you take it easy for the last 3-4mins before you turn the car off (last say, 5-6 blocks before your hours), there is no issue with simply key into the off position. Save your money mate!

thought it would be safer to have one, only had the car for over a week now so i really dont want anything going wrong with it. cheers mate

Buy an alarm and /or tracking device instead !

Either way there a waste of money because to properly cool the car down you should drive it around going easy for last couple of min rather than just letting it sit there stationary for a min doesn't help that much if youve just thrashed it.

Drive off boost for a few mins and then sit in your car for 3 mins, idling for a peace of mind.
