Needs hands on help! - Installing SAFC & Bosch Pump?

Recommended Posts

Wow thanks for the responses guy's, sorry for the late response, my motherboard has slowly just died, 2 dead video cards and an NIC later :blah:

Pred, where abouts do live? I'm moving to Carina this weekend. However I dont want to make you drive to my place to do work for me, so I am not fussed if you dont have a garage (ghetto mods on the side of the street is fine by me)(Bosch 910)

Strutto, I've never used a soldering iron, but I am keen to learn. When's a convenient time, any Sunday arvo? Might be a good opp for a 'How-To' too?

Oh yeah, and you two lads... Whats your poison?

yeah..if you check FAQ section I believe there should be some fuel pump stuff and pictures but if you're not super-confident (well i wasnt when i did mine to start  i can give you a hand. Will help if you have the hoses and calmps and things ready (they're only a few $, but easier to get them before you start). I'm just west end.. not far from the CBD and carina for that matter. This weekend might be out for fuelpumpness - next weekend might be better. Send me a PM anyhow.

S-AFC will give you the biggest upgrade, depending on the age and condition of your existing pump you might not notice any difference from a fuel pump upgrade until you go past the 200rwkw mark (with a different turb, etc)

32 and 33 are pretty much the same process for the pumps.

/Nods at what strutto said regarding walbro also (from what I've read anyhow)

WILL WORK FOR BEER
