Mac Friendly Games?

I've got a pretty much brand new macbook pro - and I'm stuck in a boring place for the next two months and want a decent game.

I realise I own the worst possible machine to play a decent game.

Is there anything out there that can kill a few hours after work and keep me interested that the little mac can handle?

yeah the app store is rubbish they got the new sims or command and conquer generals. oh and prone 2. i guess i could go with that. ah well.

I recommend beating your Mac with a bar stool - sounds like a good game to me (either that or a really sick double entendre)

Realistically though I feel your pain, I was stuck with a Linux netbook for a year with only online flash games to play. Some of them can be a bit of fun so you might wanna try

Put windows on your mac and play anything you want? Boot camp is easy, works great

in all seriousness, if you have a Sandy Bridge one and you intend on gaming or doing other intensive tasks watch out that you don't burn yourself on the underside of it; yes they really get that hot!
