Have u grounded the negative wire on fuel pump?

Get a wideband afr probe up it and see if its too lean on idle etc.

Even with a Nistune some 33's start up burbling then come good after a few seconds

Yeah it has been rewired. Surging stopped once i done that. Have a consult on way to check timing etc. May just be something i will have to live with by the sounds of it.

Just get a proper ECU At least then you might be able to tune around it.

Haha, yeah looking at putting a nistune board in next roster off if i cant work it out with the consult

check the pins on the ecu too

a guy on the 31 forum had the same issue with his hr31 (stock rb20)

changed the ecu, issue still there

put the original back in and it came good again! (must have cleaned the pins just removing and re-installing)

Might pull the ecu out tomorrow and give it a clean with some contact cleaner

Yeah no change. Ordered a new aac

Measured the voltage during the cold start, voltage dropped below 10v. Reading on the internet, a reading below 10v means its time for a new battery. Could be my source of cold start issue? Will replace with new battery and provide update

/offtopic - cleaned my aacv and iacv, still had lumpy idle. Gave the afm a clean and lumpy idle went away.

Ok so bought a new battery same issue. Reset the tps same issue. Now I'm just waiting on my consult to arrive and hopefully I can find out what is causing it

Put in an optima yellow top. Less crank to start but when it fires up it still stalls... Haven't cleaned the throttle body yet. That's next on my to do list.
