5Zigen Headers

Hey guys, so recently back I was pondering about whether I should swap my V for an Evo 9. However, I decided to keep the V .

I got these new 5zigen headers that have been purchased for awhile now. I have been told that headers for the VQ engine does minimum if not no real gain. So the question is.. is that true? should I go ahead and install it? (i got quoted for installation - $350)

currently I have a catback + y-pipe.

Well the sock ones are typical oem style and dont look that great performance wise. Im sure some well designed extractors should give a nice little gain, at the least should make it more responsive. I recon install them, you already have the part so may as well chuck them in and see how it goes.

if your gonna install them anyway then you might consider a dyno run before and after install

sell them, get some HFC

will give u better bang 4 ur buck power.
