Cat Back And Power?

Before I get into detail, I did a search on this, and couldn't find anything that was helpful.

I'm contemplating purchasing a cat back for my car via ebay (shoosh ) as it's all I can really afford at this point in time, I was just wondering if there will be any noticeable difference to the power of the car or anything, not just the sound.

Any input is appreciated.

My car is 160rwkw with only a cat-back. If it didn't have it I'd say it would have about 15-20rwkw less.

I'd say it would be 'around' that figure.

From what I have read the stock exhaust restricts the engine quite a bit on turbo lines. Anything will be an improvement

You will still have quite a restriction from the turbo to cat as the pipe sizing is only 2.5 inch

When you change the front pipe it will make a bigger difference

Can you recommend what type of front piping I should have a look at getting?

There are cheap decent ones out there look on justjap.com.au either bell mouth or split pipe I got a spit one for $160
