Vspec 2 Manual

Does anyone have or know where to get an owners manual that have the 34 VspecII specs stating 'carbon fibre bonnet' in it?

I have seen quite a few specs that state it but nothing official looking like an owners manual.

Thank you for you enquiry to the Department of Transport and Main Roads regards standard vehicle manufactured body panels.

As you stated, and providing the carbon fibre panels are standard manufactured parts for your vehicle, there is no requirement to have further supporting evidence of this. However should you require this proof, It would be more supporting for you to have evidence from the vehicle manufacturer or in the case of the manufacturer no longer trading, the owner's manual or a creditable manufacturer's workshop manual may be of assistance to you.

I have the R34 Owner's Manual in English - Official NISSAN one that came from the UK.

It only refers to the "hood" without making a distinction between aluminium or C/F; or anything about a VS-II hood being C/F

Perhaps the workshop manual available on download has it.

Or Wiki via google

Or get a letter from a local NISSAN dealer if he's friendly enough - on a letterhead.
