Has Anyone Passed An Epa Test With An Aftermarket Cat Back? (R33 Gtst, Nsw)

Hey dudes. Im having heaps of trouble getting my hands on a standard cat back exhaust for my r33 gtst to pass an epa test. So im wondering if anyone has had theres passed with aftermarket zorst in tact. I had it tested and it came in at 101db instead of 90. The car had an uncovered pod filter, dump pipe, hi flow cat and a 3 inch cat back with a cannon. (No mufflers or res between cat and cannon)

To be honest, i f**king hate the cannon, and really want a normal style of muffler anyway, which i assume will knock a few db off. The guy at the epa said that the pod filter also adds extra noise from the induction.

At the moment i am planning to put the standard airbox and standard cat back on, but am stumped as what to do to bring it under 90db?

Open to any suggestions.. Cheers

I have bought a silencer to go in my cannon, so hopefully that helps.. but i dont think its going to knock off 10 odd decibels. Any suggestions??
