Faulty Boost Gauge In R34 Gtr

I have a R34 GTR and the factory boost gauge works whenever it wants.

When i first got it it didnt work at all.

I found out that one of the vacum hoses popped off at the back of the rocket cover.

I also checked everyother hoses for cracks and leaks and cant seem to find the problem

Can anyone help me please becasue its doin in my head !

what about the sensor in which the vacume hose feeds into - is it in tact ? or possibly an electrical problem.

Check the little hose that goes into your boost sensor. That part often cracks/splinters but since it's intermittent I'd say the sensor is failing (common problem) and will need to be replaced.

Agreed, with the above. I have aquarium hose there at the moment!

Does your gauge read 0psi rather than vacuum? That will indicate a leak.

But i reckon it could be the sensor

When it stops reading it wont show nothing at all

it just disappears lol
