just curious on what the biggest cams are that you can put in an rb25det without head modification

i believe that would be the tomei procams.. 270 duration 10.25mm lift.. thats wat i have sounds incredible.. someone correct me if you can squeeze bigger in.. but there was like point something of a gap as they swing around so dont think you could

Anything up to about 9.2mm lift.

Tomei Procams need machining.

So HKS step 1 or Tomei Poncams or Camtech drop ins.

rather lumpy indeed but the sound is nothing short of amazing..

the car was tuned to 450hp at the wheels with a stock bottom end it now has a built bottom end so i'l be pushing it and getting its potential out, and the sound is always a bonus

Hi Did you have to get the springs n everything else or was it just a straight fit
