Weird Noise When Cruising

I have a metallic like noise when cruising at around 100kms, sounds like a vibration

It looks to be coming from the dash or engine bay, does not sound like det though

Last thing I worked on the car was starter motor and car was driving fine at this speed for few hours before it started

if I accelerate quickly it's normal but once I settle at around a 100, a light touch on the pedal can bring it on, I can accelerate or slow down and it disappears

I have taken centre console surround off hoping it's just a loose screw and checked the engine bay but nothing, also checked PFC for increased knock when the noise happens but no increase

Any further ideas, could it kill the engine?
