S15 Turbo Upgrade On R32 Gtr

just wondering if anyone has used two s15 turbos as a upgrade on a 32 gtr. is it possible with minimum amount of fuss? just after a cheaper upgrade as i don't have the funds at the moment for garrett upgrade.

They dont bolt on, gtr's use a specific t28, with different housings

S15 are a Garrett unit anyway and not really any cheaper to buy 2nd hand? And if youre buying one second hand, why not just buy some R34 N1s (aka -7s) or find a pair of rebuilt, steel wheeled stock GTR turbos?

+1 not going to be a 'cheap way out'. They dont match to what comes on it and you are far better with a used set of -7/9s.

this comes up every 6 months. the answer is no. complete waste of time and money even if you got the S15 turbos for free. if you can't afford the $2500 for a set of garrets you can't really afford to change turbos at all. just wait/save till you can buy something suitable.
