Simmo
Hey hey Part of the next stage for my car is a clutch upgrade, I'm pretty sure a twin plate suits my needs. I'm aiming for 300kw atw's using 2530's Its a street car that sees the track regularly. I know of OS Giken twin plates, are these the bees knees? What about Exceedy or something like that? Please tell me what your think and/or your experiences. And while I'm at it I need to repair and or upgrade my gearbox, any advice or ideas appreciated............. Cheers Simmo Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/36462-what-twin-plate-clutch-would-you-buy/ Share on other sites
wreckedhead
hey simmo, i got 306kw @ wheels,as my daily driver, i use the OS giken twin plate, it is a little jumpy but it grips so good. i recomend it to anyone that is looking to buy a clutch. as for your box mine is standard with modified syncros seems to be handeling it veryvery well,. a good os giken clutch that will hold your power would cost about $2300 + pull to push conversion, about 500 bucks.
