I listed this up recently but have dropped the price a lot (read: $3000!).

Previous owner was a mature lady owner who imported it and who owned it for around 5 years.

Here are the details:

Interior:

the interior is very clean with only a single slight mark on the rear seat that is almost unnoticeable

Power windows

power steering

power mirrors which fold back into the car so that they dont get damaged

air con only needs regassing

kenwood equalizer and cassette player with a 10 cd stacker in the boot

climate control

blitz turbo timer

fully electric sunroof with open/close and tilt up and down feature

Engine:

2.0L six cylinder turbo

automatic

144,000 klms with a full log book service history (serviced every 5000kmls)

mechanically a1, drives wonderfully

cat back 3" sports exhaust with a large tip, but everything else is stock

4 brand new brake pads

Exterior:

The paint is in very good condition with just the usual little scratches and marks because it is a daily driver, but overall, it is very good paint.

Red/maroon

bodykit with a front bar, side skirts and a rear spoiler (i think the rear bar is stock)

driving lights

17" mags with a chrome deep dish (look really good)

4 near new 235 tyres on each corner

camber adjustment kit so that you dont chew through the tyres

window tint

slimline weather shields that stop the rain coming in the car with the windows down

Now the couple of bad things:

it has a small (5 cent piece size) piece of rust near the back window. Very small though.

There is a little rust on the edge of the sunroof because the rubber just doesn't seal perfectly against the opposite surface. The sunroof does not leak whatsoever though.

The car does not like cold mornings! (like most cars!) It always will start though it just sometimes takes a couple of tries. I think it would just need a tune up, because it idles and runs absolutely perfectly.

This really is a great car, that runs wonderfully and without a problem, but it most be sold!

it has 6 months qld rego on the car at the moment but the car will be sold with 12 months nsw rego on it. I am putting 12 months NSW rego on it this week, so if any QLD people are interested, you better let me know before i put NSW rego on it to save you the trouble!

The car is located in Murwillumbah which is on the east coast about 30 mins south of the qld/nsw border or about 1 and 1/2 hours south of brisbane.

Price: best offer above $15,500 will sell the car!

Thanks guys

    • Do the following first and get back to us. - Clean and verify your IACV - Verify for vacuum leaks/post MAF leaks. (Pressure test is the best and cheapest way) - Do you have a BOV with stock ecu/MAF? If so, remove it.
    • Hey all, The skyline I have is stalling when the engine is at normal operating temp.  When starting it while it is cold, it'll run just fine.  I have replaced the battery (bad cell), I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and clean the MAF sensor.  Any other suggestions?
    • Thanks for all the information on this.  I tried ordering the parts from Amayama website and all 3 Solenoids are discontinued and not available.  Does anyone have any other websites to suggest that I could find the parts?   Separate issue-- I will start a new thread, but basically the vehicle is stalling when warmed up.
    • It's unfortunate what Tomei USA has done to Tomei's name in general. I'm very weary of ordering parts from them now. I only order direct from a Japanse source (e.g Nengun). At least their logos are different, so you end up knowing what you have.
    • Update Issues 5 (plus #4) - 10 After making a claim about issue #4's missing part, DeAgostini Japan sent a whole new issue #4 and it arrived about 2 weeks after that. That was back in early March. It took another 4 weeks to receive issues 5 - 13 though. This update is for issues 5 - 10. Ove the 5 issues the front left suspension and most of the engine have been completed. The quality of the castings and fit of the parts is quite good, it seems better than DeAgostini's BNR34 Skyline GT-R from the Fast & Furious 2 movie, which (to me anyway) doesn't seem to have as tight tolerances or quite as accurate castings.  Each issue has a lot of info about the 1989 - 1993 Skyline range and other Nissan models from that era, but the focus is on the BNR32 Skyline GT-R Nismo and the various racing it did in Japan, Europe (Spa 24hrs) and of course Australia. I've included some text translated with Google Lens in some photos and will add to them if there's anything worth including.
