Head Bolt Tension On Rb20Det

hi all im looking at bolting down my head to my rb20det this weekend

iv tried searching the forums but i cant find what im after .

i have arp head stud's and bolts and arp assembly lube

a tomei 1.5mm raised metal headgasket

i need to no tensions and sequence , as im not sure if there diffrent to stock because im running this gear ..
