Cold Start Rb26 Bottom End Rattle

[97/V-Spec]

Hey guys up until now my gtr has been starting up fine on cold starts but a few weeks ago i noticed a very audible rattle which appears to come from bottom end. once the car warms up there is no more rattle. the car however drives fine. i have defi gauges and oil pressure + temperature seems fine. this doesn't happen on every cold start. very irregular. so i was wondering if any body could share some light? is it early symptoms of bearing failure? dying oil pump?

How many k's or how long ago did the timing belt get changed?

Sort of sounds like the timing belt tensioner bearings sort of rattle...
