Steel rear bumper. Once its finished my spare wheel will mount off of it rather than the back door (saves the hinges from stretching under weight), and i'll be able to remove my towbar as its got one in built (just need a longer tongue made up so its the right height still)

can someone that knows stuff tell me, can a cop adjust a fine after its issued?

got a fine for no rego because my friends at the rego dep have issues with their online address change, 4 hours after i got the fine i got a phone call telling me that the amount was wrong and is now more than double the original fine i got handed. he said throw the last fine out and wait for a new 1 in the mail.
