How does this work... the clamp between the dump and front pipe is tightened but it still got movement back and forth and can turn?? The one on the front turbo pipe has less movement and still turns. Some kind of trick to getting these clamp solidly tightened?

Have you got the copper ring that sandwiches between the two flanges in there? Also that *looks* nowhere near tight enough, have you just gone finger tight with it?

I turned it a smidge back so the screw handle thing there is angled better for the photo... and no I didn't get any copper rings - I'll call up Andrew let him know tomorrow, was late and he was sick when I picked it up so he must of forgotten about it!
