I replied to the email from shell when I renewed with my form, would that have been received? I only got around to doing it like last week though lol

I would like to raise a point if I may in relation to membership. I've sent paperwork in mid February and are still waiting. It's not a big deal for me whether having a card on me is important but still would like to get the pack asap.

I do understand Shell and others are doing this in their own spare time which whole lot of members do appreciate but if it's going to take long time shouldn't some others pitch in to help?

Personally I would like to get the service I deserve when payment is made.
